The construction of the project with an annual output of 36,000 tons of optical grade BOPET film and an annual output of 6,000 tons of CPP film began in October 2019. The first phase of the project has an annual output of 18,000 tons of optical grade BOPET film and an annual output of 3,000 tons of CPP cast film. It has been put into production smoothly recently: Among them, the CPP cast film with an annual output of 3,000 tons has been officially supplied to customers in batches in September; the optical-grade BOPET film production line with an annual output of 18,000 tons has been successfully put into production and entered the trial production stage. After the above projects are put into production, the company will have an annual production capacity of 18,000 tons of optical-grade BOPET film and 3,000 tons of CPP cast film.
According to ZJJM, optical-grade BOPET films are mainly used for the production of MLCC release films, polarizer release films, etc., and CPP cast films are mainly used in the production of aluminum-plastic films for lithium batteries and ITO conductive film processes. The downstream applications belong to photoelectric display, new Energy applications, power batteries and other fields.
After the optical-grade BOPET film and CPP cast film products are put into production, the company has realized the extension of the film product industry chain and the independent supply of core raw materials, which will further improve the quality of the company's release film products and promote the company's release film products to develop in the middle and high-end.
