The technical level has reached the world advanced level, and it is one of the few research and development teams in China that has reached the international first-class level in the field of high-temperature alloys. Wanze Central South Research Institute has established a wide range of technical cooperation relationships with major research institutes and enterprises of high-temperature alloy materials in China, such as aerospace power machinery related research institutes, FSTG special steel, DQ Group.
The company has invested a total of nearly 3 billion yuan, imported a large number of advanced research and development equipment in accordance with international standards, established research and development and production bases in the Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone, set up a joint laboratory in Changsha Central South University, and undertaken a number of provincial and municipal scientific research projects. A series of breakthroughs have been made in the technical fields of precision casting of aero engine blades and control of alloy sulfur content, and the overall level of R & D technology has reached or approached the international advanced level.
