On August 3, 2022, the chip heat sink production facilities invested by SZPB was officially put into operation.
The chip heat sink factory covers an area of about 5500 square meters, covering 70% of the heat sink production and manufacturing processes. After full completion, the factory’s monthly production capacity can reach 8 million pieces, greatly expanding the company’s production capacity. It will not only become the largest heat sink production supplier in China, but also the world’s largest chip heat sink manufacturer.

Chip heat sink, also known as chip heat dissipation, is the most crucial subdivision technology in the semiconductor chip industry as it requires heat dissipation wherever it is useful for the chip. Previously, this field had been monopolized by companies from Japan and the United States. In recent years, the heat sink ceramic heat sink segment has gradually been replaced by the products from China.
SZPB has mastered ceramic heat sink technology and mainly focuses on the field of laser chips. Laser chips belong to high-end manufacturing, and their accuracy can reach the nanometer level, It has the ability to provide closed-loop technology for the entire process, including ceramic pretreatment, PVD film process, fine electroplating, photolithography and etching, high-precision grinding and polishing, and appearance inspection platform.

It is reported that its newly built production facilities can support ceramic material systems such as aluminum nitride and silicon carbide, achieving a leap forward in both chip power iteration and cost control.
The biggest pain point in chip heat dissipation is to solve the “three highs” problem of high heat, high pressure, and high frequency.
