It will not only become the largest heat sink production supplier in China, but also the world’s largest chip heat sink manufacturer.

 

 

Chip heat sink, also known as chip heat dissipation, is the most crucial subdivision technology in the semiconductor chip industry as it requires heat dissipation wherever it is useful for the chip. Previously, this field had been monopolized by companies from Japan and the United States. In recent years, the heat sink ceramic heat sink segment has gradually been replaced by the products from China.

 

SZPB has mastered ceramic heat sink technology and mainly focuses on the field of laser chips.
