This closed elastic particle foam combines many superior characteristics, such as high rebound, low density, durability over a wide temperature range, chemical resistance and portability. This innovative material is widely used in the fields of transportation, furniture, construction and sports equipment. This material is used in bicycle saddles produced by Ergon, a bicycle innovation company based in Koblenz, Germany.

Ergon's bicycle saddle is composed of two shells, which are independent of each other and each uses its best in the sandwich structure. The high-performance elastomer shock absorber made of Infinergy is fixed in a floating manner.

In the 05GEN three-wheel concept vehicle launched by Yamaha Engine Co., Ltd., BASF's Infinergy is used for tires to enhance the overall driving experience, and its unique honeycomb structure makes the vehicle appear more striking design appearance.

Thanks to the excellent cushioning effect of E-TPU particles, this material is also used in the construction industry, which can improve the sports experience on runways and sports fields, and is more secure and free.
