Because hundreds of cleaning processes are required to manufacture wafers with a single-digit node of less than 10 nanometers, the sulfuric acid produced by the new device will be mainly used for cleaning semiconductor wafers in this process. This device has advanced quality analysis equipment and an analysis laboratory equipped with a dedicated clean room, designed to meet the future needs of customers in the Chinese electronics industry.
