Kahoega Falls, Ohio, USA (June 4, 2018)-Americhem has announced the acquisition of Prescient Color Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited (SCIL) Subsidiary. Prescient, located in Pune, India, is a leading Indian manufacturer of high-end masterbatches for multi-domain applications including synthetic fibers. Prescient has nearly 140 employees. This acquisition strengthens Americhem's position in the global fiber market and expands its market coverage in high-growth regions.
