For products that have already used common aluminum alloy, it can continue to reduce weight by more than 25%.

According to reports, this technology has attracted attention in the automotive industry, and has been favored by large automobile OEMs and supporting plants such as BAIC Group and GAC Group. The market demand is very strong.

"The entire project plans to build 70 special aluminum alloy new energy lightweight professional production lines, more than 500 CNCs and supporting equipment, and the production line is fully automated by robots." Huang Tieming said, mainly producing new energy vehicle battery trays, module end plates, Truck beams, lightweight bodies, lightweight truck carriages, load-bearing columns and other new energy vehicle accessories. According to reports, the construction scale of the first phase of the project is an annual output of 1.28 million new energy vehicle battery trays and 75 million battery end plates.
