To this end, BJHC set up a special project team, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the Winter Sports Center of the State Sports General Administration, set up the "Winter project carbon fiber composite material high-performance equipment key technology" research and development project. Researchers have broken through a series of key technologies such as low wind resistance and high reliability integrated design of shape and structure, high impact carbon/glass hybrid composite material, and integrated high-quality molding of complex wing body fusion structure, and finally completed the first domestic double snow car. At present, the first-generation snowmobile has undergone a phased review by the national team. The second-generation snowmobile is scheduled to be delivered to the Chinese national snowmobile team before September 15, 2021, to conduct track trials and simultaneously enter the competition equipment certification process. Strive to be officially used in the winter game on February 4, 2022. At the upcoming 2021 China International Composites Industry Technology Exhibition, BJHC will bring the first generation of snowmobiles to the innovative product exhibition area for display. The snowmobile weighs about 180 kilograms and is made of carbon fiber composite material + alloy material. It is produced by hot-melt prepreg/autoclave molding method. It has realized the breakthrough of domestic snowmobile equipment from "none" to "existence" and filled China's gap in this field.
