China's leading producer of silicon powder: JSLR Advanced Materials Technology Company has a gratifying performance
On August 15, JSLR announced that the net profit attributable to the parent in the first half of 2021 is expected to be between 79 million yuan and 81 million yuan, an increase of 84.71% to 89.39% year-on-year. The net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is between 72 million yuan and 74 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 88.53% to 93.77%.
In the first half of the year, semiconductor packaging and integrated circuit substrates continued to improve. Demand in the EMC and CCL industries in the downstream applications of JSLR grew well, and product sales increased, which led to substantial growth in the company's performance.
JSLR has long been focusing on the research and development and production of silicon powder, and is one of the few domestic enterprises that can produce high-purity, ultra-fine silicon powder. At present, the company has formed two major product series of silicon powder for silicon-based copper clad laminate (CCL) and epoxy plastic (EMC) silicon powder, and is rapidly expanding into emerging areas such as honeycomb ceramics, dentistry, and 3D printing.
JSLR`s newly built 7,200 tons/year high-performance spherical silicon micropowder has been put into production, and 15,000 tons/year fused silica micropowder will be completed by the end of 2021. When the capacity under construction reaches production, there will be a total of 100,000 tons/year angular silicon micropowder production capacity and 23,900 tons. Annual production capacity of spherical silicon (aluminum) micropowder, and its proportion of spherical high-end products continued to increase, consolidating its leading position.
In order to continue to meet the needs of customers in the fields of new-generation chip packaging, high-frequency and high-speed circuit substrates, and continuously improve the production capacity layout of spherical silicon powder, spherical alumina powder, and submicron spherical silicon powder, and further expand the production capacity of spherical powder materials, the company plans to invest 300 million yuan to implement the project of constructing a spherical powder production line with an annual output of 15,000 tons of high-end chip packaging.
