Restricted categories include 18 technologies and equipment such as conventional polyester (PET) continuous polymerization production equipment with a single-line capacity of less than 200,000 tons / year. Eliminated categories include 20 types of equipment and production lines such as cotton, woolen, linen, and weaving equipment that have been in use for 30 years. Those that do not fall into the categories of encouragement, restriction and elimination and meet the relevant laws, regulations and policies of the state are allowed. Allowed classes are not included in the catalog.
