06Ni9DR steel plate belongs to pressure vessel and boiler steel. It contains 9% Ni. It is mainly used for the construction of low-temperature LNG storage tank and belongs to low-temperature steel.
Executive standard of 06Ni9DR steel plate: 06Ni9DR shall comply with GB / T24510 standard, 9% Ni steel plate for low temperature pressure vessel.
It needs to withstand the ultra-low temperature environment of minus 163 degrees Celsius for a long time, and is widely used in key parts of ultra-low temperature pressure vessels such as low-temperature transport ships and LNG storage tanks.
The demand for liquefied natural gas (LNG) as a green energy is increasing, and there are more and more LNG projects under construction and to be built in the world and China.
