HBST Metal Material Tech Co., Ltd founded in 1998, focuses on R & D, manufacture and sales of aluminum based functional master alloys, which is one of the largest master alloy manufacturers in China. After many years of research and development, some products have in the technical index reached the international advanced level, achieved a high share of domestic market, and export to about forty countries in the world. Grain Refiners

Our grain refiners have the following advantages: ① uniform microstructure, significant grain refining effect and high efficient refining. Nuclei are formed uniformly in liquid metal after addition of grain refiners, then grain refining takes effect immediately. Our grain refiners can refine the grain size of pure aluminum from 20,000 microns to 120 microns to improve the processing ability, mechanical property of aluminum alloy and stability of product quality. ② long lasting grain refining effect and deferred decline.

Metallographic Modifiers

Modifying master alloys developed by STNM have well distributed chemical compositions and low content of impurities. With the features of good modifying ability, high efficiency and long lasting effect, they meet the use requirements of foundry aluminum alloys with various silicon content and modifying requirements.

With uniform chemical compositions and low content of impurities, zinc master alloys are, used mainly for surface treatment of steel parts.

With uniform chemical compositions, copper master alloys are mainly used for adjustment and control of chemical compositions and microstructure of copper alloys.

CuP, CuMg master alloy

HBST is developing a new material for aerospace application cooperating with the Metal Material Institute of Japanese Northeast University. This project has been approved by the national Science and Technology Department as a "National International Cooperation Special Project of Science and Technology" in May 2012. HBST is regarded as “Demonstration International Technology Cooperation Base” approved by the International Cooperation Department of national Ministry of Science and Technology. It is a leading unit in "twelfth five-year" national High Tech Development Plan (863 Projects) in the field of " Precise Preparation Technology of New Lightweight and High Strength and Ductility Corrosion-Resistant Alloy and its Components ".
