On June 25, 2018, a Glass Microbeads project with an annual output of 500,000 tons was officially started in Donghai, Jiangsu.
The project covers an area of 500 acres with a total investment of 1.2 billion RMB
After the completion of the project, the total construction area will be 160,000 square meters, and it will be able to produce and sell 500,000 tons of Glass Microbeads every year after it is in production.
The company has obtained European certification, Japanese certification, and Korean certification. Its products are sold to domestic and more than ten countries in the world, and its production and sales ranks first in Asia and top three in the world.
Glass Microbeads are glass (or ceramic) spheres with diameters ranging from several micrometers to several millimeters. They are divided into solid, hollow, and porous glass microspheres. They have good optical properties, spherical lens characteristics, strong impact resistance, and rolling. Good performance, low thermal conductivity, light weight and other characteristics, has been widely used in urban traffic signs, car brands, retro-reflective curtains, blowing technology, filling materials, insulation materials and other fields.
