The project plans to build 16 fully automatic imported film production lines, 40 coating production lines and 5 Aluminum plastic film production line, and plans to set up high-end film product research and development center.
At present, SHEJ has 6 production lines, the latest production line has a speed of over 60 meters per minute, and the maximum film output is 120 million square meters per year. At the same time, it has 3 production bases in Shanghai, Dongguan and Zhuhai, totaling 320 million square meters of production capacity. The company has established a stable cooperative relationship with well-known battery manufacturers LG Chem, BYD, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, etc. and formed a batch supply. At the same time, it is the only Samsung SDI certified supplier in China.
