Advanced production equipment

Vacuum induction melting gas atomization equipment (VIGA) is mainly used for the production of alloy powders with melting points lower than 1700 ° C, such as iron-based, nickel-based, aluminum-based, and cobalt-chromium-based alloys. It becomes liquid and atomizes. This process avoids oxidation and volatilization of the metal solution. At present, Willary has 4 VIGA production lines, with a daily output of more than 1 ton of powder products.

Crucible-free induction melting gas atomization equipment (EIGA) is mainly used for the production of titanium alloy powder. Through electromagnetic induction heating, titanium alloy rods are melted into droplets and then atomized. This process is performed in an argon protective atmosphere. It isolates the air and prevents the alloy from oxidizing. At present, Willary has an EIGA production line that produces more than 100 kg of titanium alloy powder products per day.

First-class testing equipment

The testing center of Jiangsu Willar New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2015, which is mainly used for product testing and research and development. Up to now, the company's research and development center has been equipped with more than 20 testing equipment, such as Malvern particle size analyzer, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP), atomic absorption spectrophotometer, oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer and optical microscope, etc.
