It is expected that the trial mass production in 2020 will become The first company in Asia to produce medical TPU materials, with a target of 10% market share in the global medical TPU market in three to five years.
The new project is expected to be trial production in the first quarter of next year. By the end of 2020 and early 2021, the ISO 13485 quality system certification for medical TPU materials will be completed.
According to the market survey report, global TPU consumption is 500,000 tons a year, medical TPU materials account for about 2%, and about 10,000 tons a year, accounting for 12% to 25% of TPU's overall output value. At present, the major companies in this field are mainly European and American international manufacturers. The participation of Chinese high-tech enterprises will change this situation.
