Microvent | Microporous material:ePTFE membranes,micro-permeable membrane leading manufacturer and supplier for acoustic and ventilated solutions Hay:F08JSFY

On April 3, JSFY Microvent Technology Company successfully IPO, the company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of micro-porous materials such as ePTFE membrane and its modified derivatives. In the automotive field, the company cooperates with well-known lamp companies such as Huayu Vision, Valeo, Hella Lamps, Xingyu Lamps, Liaowang Lamps, and SAIC GM, SAIC Volkswagen, SAIC Group, FAW Volkswagen, FAW Group The terminal host plant has established a stable cooperative relationship.

New material supplier in the automotive field

JSFY is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of microporous materials such as expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane (ePTFE) and its modified derivatives. The main raw material of ePTFE is PTFE. PTFE is the most widely used material in fluoroplastics. Known as the "King of Plastics", the improved ePTFE material has the characteristics of chemical stability, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and biocompatibility.

The company's main products include ePTFE micro-transmission products, sound absorption and sound insulation products, gas management products, CMD, water-retaining membranes, seals and mechanical equipment. At present, the products are mainly used in automobiles, consumer electronics, packaging, home appliances and other fields. Contribute to automotive related industries.

Customer Reference

Prefered suppliers of many well-known enterprises such as GM, Volkswagen, Audi, Fiat, SAIC, Marelli, Bosch…

Among them, downstream automotive and related industry customers mainly include SAIC GM, Volkswagen, SAIC Group, Huayu Vision, Xingyu Headlights, Liaowang Headlights, Great Wall Motors, Perlje, Valeo, Sanli and other well-known domestic joint ventures , Independent brand OEMs and lamp factories.

"With the continuous enrichment of product types in the future, the company will continue to expand into industries such as healthcare, aerospace, and power communications." JSFY said.

ePTFE membrane has a wide range of applications

It has been 50 years since the first appearance of ePTFE in 1969, during which a large number of application fields and application scenarios have been generated. In a proton exchange membrane fuel cell represented by a hydrogen fuel cell, the exchange membrane is an important part of the battery to separate the cathode and anode reactants and transfer protons. Currently, the commonly used Nafion-H has a relatively high price, which leads to a high cost of proton exchange membranes, and its insufficient structural strength makes it difficult to reduce the thickness. By compounding with PTFE and ePTFE, it is possible to replace part of Nafion-H with PTFE and ePTFE, while reducing the use of high-cost materials, while improving the structural strength of the entire assembly and greatly reducing the thickness of the membrane.

At present, China's high-end ePTFE materials mainly rely on imports, and most markets are monopolized by foreign giants such as Gore, Nitto Denko, and Donaldson. For example, in key projects such as the C919 civil aviation aircraft and Dongfang Electric's hydrogen fuel cell, key materials related to PTFE are still provided by foreign suppliers.

"Thanks to the national policy and financial support for related fields, the localization of new materials has been accelerated. With the continuous efforts of the company and other domestic excellent companies, some high-end ePTFE products have the basis for localization and have been in the core technical indicators. Shanghai and imported products are at the same level. "JSFY said.

At present, JSFY has 10 core technologies and 169 authorized patents, including 32 invention patents, 3 PCT patents in the United States and Japan, 132 utility model patents, 2 design patents; 45 patent applications under review, All are invention patents.

The industry leader in the production of ePTFE membranes is Gore, which has more than 5,500 patents worldwide and has developed thousands of products to meet the needs of customers in different fields.

JSFY believes that industry participants need to constantly open up new long-tail niche markets and face the challenge of continuing to develop new products and explore new application areas. However, the potential market space for products in the automotive and consumer electronics fields alone has exceeded 5 billion yuan. As various new products are continuously put into new application markets, the downstream market space will be further expanded.

JSFY will use the concentrated funds for four aspects: the project raised a total of 63 million yuan for the project of high water pressure sound-permeable ePTFE modified membranes for consumer electronics; the projected amount of 112 million yuan for the SiO2 aerogel and ePTFE membrane composite project; The project raised an amount of 49.8 million yuan; supplementary working capital 80 million yuan.
