High strength precipitation hardening stainless steel HPBS1200 is a new stainless steel product jointly developed by SGJT Special Steel and the Central Iron and Steel Research Institute. Before the first trial production, the stainless steel research room of the technology center and the production unit worked together to formulate the best smelting and processing technology, and determined the key points of operation control. During the trial production process, the stainless steel research room arranges full-time follow-up guidance to ensure that the process regulations are strictly implemented. In the end, the first trial production of HPBS1200 steel was a complete success. The performance indicators of the product fully met the standard requirements, and the contract delivery was successfully completed.
