In May this year, at the request of it`s customers, ZZYL Metallurgical Co., Ltd. started the development and production of a new type of "five yuan" zinc-based alloy. This kind of five-element zinc alloy product has no precedent in China. Various elements in the production process It is very tedious to add and its content is difficult to control accurately. Based on the previous development experience, the company organized R & D and production personnel to formulate a targeted optimization plan. After changing the operation method and process again and again, the problems of easy burning and oxidative decay of the raw materials were finally overcome, and the "production operation regulations" and "safety and environmental protection regulations" of this type of hot-dip galvanized alloy products were finally determined. Zhuzhou Metallurgical Company and China's non-ferrous smelting and processing enterprises have accumulated valuable experience in the future production of "multi-element" zinc alloys. Up to now, ZZYL Metallurgical Company has successfully completed 63 batches of customer orders for this type of alloy, with a pass rate of 91.5% and a product material pass rate of 92.2%.
