China starts construction of Mesoporous Material Valley Hay:H02JNFD

On the morning of August 17, the only mesoporous material technology innovation enterprise in China: JNFD Mesoporous Material Technology Group officially launched the "Mesoporous Material Valley" project. The mesoporous material R&D team of JNFD is managed and operated by the team of Academician Dr. Zhao of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. After the project is completed, it will become China's largest mesoporous material technology innovation and industrialization platform.

It has achieved a series of internationally recognized pioneering results in the fields of functional mesoporous material synthesis, functional design, structural control, in-situ characterization, and application development. 19 kinds of functional mesoporous materials. Among them, five projects, mesoporous catalysis technology, mesoporous materials and electronic devices, mesoporous thermal insulation, mesoporous materials and environmental treatment, mesoporous materials and biomedicine, have already met the conditions for commercial production.


It is reported that the mesoporous catalysis technology is mainly to improve the yield of refining light oil, convert 40-60% of crude oil into light oil, and solve global technical problems. It has been industrialized in Qilu Petrochemical. , Adding an annual output value of nearly 10 billion yuan for the company.


As for mesoporous materials and electronic devices, this project can meet the needs of the 5G industry, break the monopoly of foreign high-value-added dielectric fillers, greatly reduce the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of copper clad laminates and printed circuit boards, and break through the current situation. It has the limit of preparation technology, and can effectively improve its wiring density, heat dissipation performance and yield rate. It has obtained 3,000-ton mass production orders from the world's largest PCB manufacturers SZSY and SZPD.


Mesoporous thermal insulation means that mesoporous thermal insulation materials have high energy saving rate and good economy. They are widely used in different fields such as petroleum, petrochemical, nuclear power, electric power, long-distance heat transmission network, industrial equipment, etc., and work at 150℃-1000℃ or deep cooling. The temperature section is a good substitute for traditional materials. At present, it has entered the list of core suppliers of large central enterprises such as China National Nuclear Corporation and China Guodian Power Development Co., Ltd.


Mesoporous materials and environmental treatment mainly put functional mesoporous materials into the field of environmental protection, which is of great significance for polluting gas detection, soil remediation, and water treatment.
