The company is a national high-tech enterprise that specializes in the development, production and sale of high-purity sputtering target material for the production of TFT-LCD/AMOLED and semiconductor IC – high-purity molybdenum, copper, and titanium and other product series.
LYSF is the first Chinese manufacturer that commits to the development and manufacturing of advanced TFT-LCD /AMOLED-specific molybdenum target materials. Supported by cutting-edge technical indicators and stable product quality, our target materials have obtained the test certification of a great many famous plate enterprises at home and abroad and have been applied in batches. Our research center has been rated as “National engineering laboratory for deep processing of tungsten and molybdenum”, “Research Center for Engineering Technology of Tungsten and Molybdenum Sputtering Target”, and “Research Center for Deep Processing Engineering of Tungsten and Molybdenum”. Currently we have established university-industry cooperation with many a college, university and research institute, thus providing service platform for our technical development.
