In Aug. 2016, the company passed ISO/TS16949 international quality management system certification.JLTX became the only one obtained the ISO/TS16949 system certification enterprises in basalt fiber industry.
The company produced basalt fiber composite reinforcement and chopped yarn was listed as the promotion of JL Provincial Communications Department project.We received very good results in road and bridge construction applications in JL Province.
The basalt roving produced by JLTX was tested by ”the German authority of the fiber testing institutions "Isaacson Textile Science Institute (STFI)", which including linear density, break strength, filament diameter and other 8 items.The results showed that the various index and the products made by JLTX are in a leading level in the same industry of the world. STFI had issued a certificate of inspection to the company.
JLTX`s 12000 tons of production capacity, excellent product performance, continuous quality stability were approved and praised by the using institution of research & development of fiber and composite materials in Germany.
In June 13, 2016,during the eighth Sino German economic and technical cooperation forum, German Chancellor Angela Merkel visited China, JLTX and German partners signed a cooperation agreement under the witness of the two leaders of China and Germany at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.We will work in the promotion and the usage of basalt fiber in-depth cooperation.Germany Chemnitz University of science & technology and CETEX Research Institute are the German authority of the fiber and composite materials R & D institutions.
In September 2016, they signed a technical cooperation agreement with JLTX, combined with the R&D of basalt fiber based on the reinforced fiber composite system, lightweight structure, corresponding production and application technology.
The automotive, rail passenger light weight materials and components will be the direction of the JLTX`s development.

Basalt Roving
Basalt roving is a bundle of parallel continuous strands without twisting.
Properties: high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, radiation resistance, etc.
Application: knitting, winding, weaving and pultrusion of various composite material.
Application field:Weaving fiber cloth with different specification; winding different tubes, tanks, cylinders; pultrusion of different profiles, rebars, etc.
Basalt Fiber Cloth
Basalt fiber cloth is made of basalt filaments, which can be tailored according to customer requirements. Its working temperature is -260-650℃,and the heat resistance can up to 980℃ with different coating, It is widely used in electron industry, chemical industry, aerospace, vessel, automotive, fire fighting, construction and composite material.
Basalt Fiber Rebar
Basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) is a new type of environmental protection composite material made by high-strength basalt fiber and vinyl resin (epoxy) through pultrusion, winding.
It can be used in road and bridge construction, island construction to partially replace steel rebar, stainless steel rebar.
Application field:It can be applied in road/bridge pavement, ocean engineering, various anchor bolt, special projects (earthquake monitoring platform etc.)
Basalt chopped fiber(for asphalt concrete)
Basalt chopped fiber is a product cut from continuous basalt fiber strands to a predetermined length. Monofilament diameter is 9μm～25μm, length is 3mm～100mm. They are coated with a special sizing to make them binding strongly with asphalt.
Properties: good dispersion, High temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, waterproof, Anti-fatigue, anti-static, etc.
Application field:Basalt chopped fiber is compatible with asphalt concrete, stone matrix asphalt(SMA), etc.
