At present, the thickness of the company's ultra-thin stainless steel foil is 0.015 mm, and the actual width is more than 640 mm. "This is also the widest and thinnest stainless steel precision foil in the world."

Material innovation leads to industrial changes. TGJT recently released two high-end new materials in the world:


One is a professional expansion alloy for the mask plate, which breaks the Japanese monopoly and fills the market gap of similar products in China;


The other is a high-end new material of special corrosion-resistant alloy for lithography, which solves the problem of the "bottleneck" process of chip manufacturing.

In 2022, the company's R&D team is developing and producing a new type of composite material that generates instant heat in combination with the special properties of precision stainless steel foils and the needs of usage scenarios, to rapidly de-ice aircraft wings. Putting on this "jacket" successfully can not only greatly reduce the energy consumption of the aircraft, but also greatly reduce the safety hazards caused by the lift-off and hanging on the ice.
