On May 11, 2022, NJXA Electronic Materials Technology Corporation held a ceremony for the official launch of its new production base.
The total investment of NJXA's new production base is 10 billion yuan, and the planned total land is about 415 Mu. Among them, the first phase of the project plans to use about 125 acres of land, with an investment of 4.8 billion yuan, to complete the construction of 5G and FCBGA high-end substrates with a production capacity of about 280,000 square meters.
The project focuses on the development and production of "high-end substrates", the core materials of the integrated circuit industry, which are applied to CPU, GPU, AI, FPGA, 5G, autonomous driving and Netcom products.
