At this exhibition, ZHJE exhibited flame-retardant PA6-based continuous fiber multilayer composite board + flame-retardant long fiber reinforced PA6 material on-line molding + injection molding in one step to prepare a high-strength new energy automobile bracket module. The material design of the bracket module is based on CRFTP-PA6 prepreg tape laminated composite board (thickness 1.5mm) as the core load-bearing material, and injection-grade LFT-PA6 as the support rib for reinforcement.
