On October 28, 2020, China's leading manufacturer of superalloy powders (GH3536, GH4169, HX) and aviation-grade titanium alloy powders (TA15, TC4), ZHMT Powder Metallurgy Technology Group's new production base officially went into production.


ZHMT’s new production base is located in the Aviation New Materials Industry Base of the Airport Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of ​​53 acres and a building area of ​​30,000 square meters. It plans to build 30 material product production lines and supporting facilities, and high-temperature alloy powder (GH3536, GH4169, HX), Aviation grade titanium alloy powder (TA15, TC4) and other metal 3D printing powder products have an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons, and an annual production capacity of more than 200 sets of intelligent thermal equipment. At present, 6 alloy material production lines and intelligent equipment processing and manufacturing equipment facilities have been built, as well as a constant temperature and humidity treatment workshop.


At present, the new factory has been in place for the production of inert gas supply systems, powder mills, screening machines, air flow classifiers, glove boxes, five-axis CNC machining centers, horizontal boring and milling machines, laser cutting machines, plate shears, plate rolling machines, etc. Manufacturing equipment, equipped with ICP chemical composition, laser particle size analyzer, oxygen nitrogen analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer and other professional testing equipment, to carry out large-scale manufacturing of alloy material products and intelligent equipment.


The new factory will implement the entire production process quality control management and lean production model, use digital means to improve the intelligent level of factory production management, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and create a good working environment for employees.
