The project has all started.

According to reports, these two topics belong to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's major high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment technology major special projects in 2018. The "Automotive Composite Body Body Molding Technology and Equipment" researched key technologies such as carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastics and thermoset composites for rapid-batch molding, coating, and joining, and established a carbon fiber reinforced thermoset and thermoplastic resin-based composite materials compression molding verification line. One for each, forming a domestic moulding line with independent intellectual property rights to achieve the mass production and low cost of composite materials on new energy vehicles. He Forge Intelligence is mainly responsible for the development of special hydraulic presses for composite materials required by the subject. This equipment will break the monopoly of foreign countries in the rapid manufacturing of automotive carbon fiber composite materials, fill domestic gaps, and the overall technology will reach the international advanced level.

The project of "Hot Stamping Production Line Demonstration Project Based on Domestic Press and Roller Hearth Furnace" mainly develops high-speed hot punch hydraulic presses, protective atmosphere roller hearth furnaces, three-axis dual-arm robots and other key equipment for demonstration applications. High-strength steel hot stamping technology and equipment demonstration application base, formulate relevant standards and specifications for hot stamping production line integration, mold development, part quality testing and other related standards. The research and development of the high-speed hot stamping hydraulic press required by He Forge Intelligent to undertake the project, and made the equipment reach the international advanced level in terms of operating speed, temperature control accuracy, energy saving and noise reduction, etc., effectively solving the current domestic problem of relying heavily on the introduction of complete sets of foreign equipment. Reduce the manufacturing cost of high-strength steel automobile structural parts, vigorously promote the application of lightweight parts in domestic automobiles, and speed up the process of lightweight and green manufacturing of automobiles in China.
