On October 26, the commissioning ceremony of the first phase of the liquid die forging aluminum structure project of SDHH Light Alloy Technology Group was held at the lightweight base.
In 2018, SD High-tech Zone plans to build a world-class high-end aluminum alloy deep processing base. As an important part of the high-end aluminum industry chain, the SDHH lightweight alloy project is another fruitful result of SD's strong improvement of aluminum precision and deep processing capabilities.
The SDHH lightweight alloy project is the first liquid die forging and extrusion production line in SD Province and the first project to be put into operation in the SD lightweight base. Committed to the development and production of lightweight alloy products in the highway and rail transit, communications, military industry and other industries, using advanced lightweight molding technology, we strive to build a domestic and global aluminum-based lightweight structural part R&D and manufacturing base. The total investment of the project is 1.7 billion yuan, which will be constructed in three phases. After all is put into production, it can produce 17 million pieces of liquid die-forged aluminum alloy structural parts per year and realize sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan.
