On May 9, 2022, China's leading high-strength and ultra-thin fall-resistant cover glass manufacturer: SCHK Advanced Material Technology Corporation's newly built high-strength and ultra-thin fall-resistant glass intelligent manufacturing industrial base began commercial production.
The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan. The project will build a new cover glass production line with an annual output of 7.4 million square meters to produce cover glass products with ultra-thin (0.3 mm-12 mm), high impact resistance, and drop resistance.
The drop-resistant height of this cover glass can reach about 1.5 meters, and some indicators exceed similar products in the world. It can be used in display fields such as smartphones and smart wearables, as well as special fields such as aviation and high-speed rail.
