SCHT Semiconductor Technology Group is China's first foundry service company to provide 6-inch second-generation gallium arsenide and third-generation gallium nitride semiconductor integrated circuits. Since the release of the first process product in 2016, SCHT has completed the development of seven major process technologies, with application areas covering radar, satellite, 5G, Internet of Things, power electronics, optoelectronics and other fields. At present, SCHT compound semiconductor production technology has matured.
Five years ago, SCHT built China's first production line of 6-inch second-generation gallium arsenide and third-generation gallium nitride compound semiconductor chips with international advanced levels. Just a few days ago, the "6-inch gallium arsenide 0.25μm pHEMT wafer manufacturing technology" developed by SCHT was rated as China's "A-level project", there are only 13 projects of this level nationwide.
