At the beginning of 2018, the 6-inch semiconductor silicon carbide power electronic device production line project invested by BJTR Semiconductor Technology Group officially started construction.
With a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, the project will mainly produce 6-inch silicon carbide wafers, silicon carbide chips, Schottky diodes, silicon carbide MOSFETs and other products.
On December 15, 2020, the project completed the construction and commissioning of the production line and officially started commercial production.
