AHYY Light Alloy Technology Group, a leading manufacturer of magnesium-aluminum alloy precision die castings in China, said recently that BYD's battery box is currently being produced in the company's die-casting workshop, and 3,000 pieces will be delivered in June.
AHYY was established in 2015 by the Chinese amorphous alloy/liquid metal leader DGYA Metal Technology Group and NJYH Special Metal Technology Group, with a total investment of 550 million yuan. It mainly produces magnesium and aluminum alloy precision die castings for automotive and rail transportation parts and consumer electronics.
Previously, the company's magnesium-aluminum alloy precision die-casting parts have successfully entered the supply chain of Tesla's Chinese plant.
