The ignition ceremony of the basalt fiber kiln production demonstration line also marked the official launch of my country's first basalt continuous fiber 10,000-ton kiln production line with complete independent intellectual property rights.
Basalt fiber is a new strategic material for environmental protection in the 21st century, which is supported by the state. Due to unique performance advantages, the products are widely used in the fields of national defense military, aviation, aerospace, building materials, rail transit, coastal defense engineering, shipbuilding, wind power generation, environmental protection equipment and so on.
After appraisal by relevant authorities and experts, SCBX's production process is at the world's advanced level. SCBX invested 530 million yuan to carry out the industrial layout of basalt fiber and build a continuous basalt fiber kiln production demonstration line with an annual output of 30,000 tons.
The company plans to implement a continuous basalt fiber pond kiln production demonstration line with an annual output of 30,000 tons in two steps, a continuous basalt fiber pond kiln production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons, and a continuous basalt fiber pond kiln production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons. . The continuous basalt fiber kiln production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons was formally started construction in November last year, and officially completed in June this year.
The completion of the project also means that the world's first basalt continuous fiber 10,000-ton kiln production line has been officially completed, realizing a major breakthrough in basalt fiber production.
