The developed medium-manganese steel warm forming technology simplifies the technical difficulty and process requirements of ultra-high-strength steel sheet forming, reduces production costs, and forms a new ultra-high-strength steel part forming technology with independent intellectual property rights that can replace hot-formed steel; at the same time, Based on the basic theory and control technology research of high temperature resistant materials, the team has developed high temperature resistant bolt materials with a service temperature of 500 to 800 according to the requirements of different working conditions, which meets the application requirements of automobile engines. Cold-work-hardened non-quenched and tempered steel replaces traditional quenched and tempered steel to make 8.8 long rod bolts, which can shorten the production process and reduce costs while ensuring quality. The product has been successfully applied to a certain electric vehicle.

In the field of civil steel, after more than ten years of continuous investment, ZGGY has successively developed silver alloyed 6Cr16MoMA ultra-high hardness germ-resistant stainless steel knives, germ-resistant silver ion cast iron pots, nano-silver enamel cast iron pots and other silver-containing products. This stainless steel material not only has a high antibacterial rate, but also has excellent mechanical properties, which can significantly improve the cutting performance of household kitchen knives.
