Recently, JGJT duplex stainless steel has been included in the "World Super Project—Baihetan Hydropower Station", supporting the "reinforced iron" of the project.
Baihetan Hydropower Station is the largest hydropower project under construction in the world with the largest total installed capacity and the largest single installed capacity, and is known as a major power in the new era. The underground powerhouses on the left and right banks of the hydropower station are located in the mountains on both sides, and both are the largest underground powerhouses in the world. As the largest stainless steel production base in Northwest China, JGJT successfully won the order for steel for deep hole arc doors, reverse hook door slots, embedded parts and other facilities of the Baihetan Hydropower Station project after bidding.
"Our duplex stainless steel products mainly include NO.1, 2B and medium and heavy plates. The supply of duplex stainless steel medium and heavy plates to Baihetan Hydropower Station this time is a total of 583 tons." JGJT responsible engineer Chen Xingrun introduced.
