Recently, six protective clothing and surgical gown production lines have been put into use in the purification workshop of the third-phase project of the newly-built medical protective clothing production base of SDDS Medical Technology Group. The workers are busy producing. Currently, the daily output of only the third phase can reach 90,000 pieces. .
SDDS built a 100,000-level purification production workshop in mid-March, covering an area of 8,000 square meters. The first floor is the surgical gown production workshop and the second floor is the mask production workshop.
SDDS currently has a daily production capacity of 50,000 sets of protective clothing and 5 million masks. It has sold 6 million sets of protective clothing and 1 billion masks. When the construction of the third phase of the project is completed, the production capacity will be further expanded.
At present, SDDS has successively developed new types of protective equipment such as high moisture permeability protective clothing, graphene masks, and protective clothing, continuously expanding foreign markets. "We have about 500 customers around the world, and the sales channels are getting wider and wider, and the orders continue to flow. From March to now, there has been almost no stop, and the workers are working 3 shifts [24 hours] a day.
At present, SDDS products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions including Italy, Britain, France, Spain and Southeast Asia, becoming the leader in China's defense epidemic material export industry. So far, it has exported 800 million US dollars.
