SZKD said that after the completion of the project, the company's production capacity of precision structural parts for power lithium batteries will be further expanded, and the proportion of overseas business sales will also be further increased, the customer structure will be richer, and the company's sustainable development capabilities and subsequent development will be greatly improved Space provides a guarantee for the further improvement of the company’s operating performance.
SZKD is the largest R&D and manufacturing enterprise of lithium battery precision structural parts and automobile structural parts in China. Its products are mainly divided into lithium battery precision structural parts and automobile structural parts. They are mainly used in automobiles and electric vehicles, portable communication and electronic products, Power tools, energy storage power stations and other industries.
In order to further expand overseas markets, on March 12, SZKD announced that the company intends to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary KD Deutschland Gmb (tentative) in Germany with a registered capital of 10 million euros. At the same time, the company plans to invest in the first phase of the KD German production base with its own funds not exceeding 60 million euros. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 100 million euros.
The company's top customers in the first half of 2020 include CATL, AVIC Lithium Battery, LG, Panasonic, Tesla, Northvolt, etc.
In terms of production area distribution, it mainly includes HZKD supporting CATL, BYD, Yiwei Lithium, Xinwangda; JSKD supporting CATL, AVIC lithium battery and LG; supporting DLKD of Dalian Panasonic; supporting FJKD of CATL Ningde base.
In 2020, SZKD's newly developed customers also include the signing of an exclusive supply contract with Northvolt for all the housings required for a square battery of 40Gwh per year, the establishment of a Swedish subsidiary, a new German base, and a plan to raise 1.187 billion to build Huizhou new project. At present, the company's sales revenue will be increased by more than 3 billion after the company's production capacity under construction reaches full capacity.
