The main construction content of the project:
1. The planned land area is 30 mu.
2. Newly build four manufacturing units: precious metal bonding wire manufacturing unit, high-purity precious metal evaporation material manufacturing unit, sputtering target manufacturing unit, precious metal high-purity raw material manufacturing unit, forming a product production capacity of 26 tons/year, high-purity precious metals The raw material supporting capacity is 12 tons/year.
3. Newly build two centers: precious metal assembly material research and development center, precious metal assembly material analysis and testing center.
4. Three series of products are formed: precious metal bonding wires, high-purity precious metal evaporation materials, and sputtering targets.
5. Newly build production workshops, build and support storage, public auxiliary, environmental protection and fire protection facilities.
The construction period of the project is expected to be 3 years. The estimated total investment of the project is 560 million yuan, and the investment amount is a preliminary estimate. The subsequent company still needs to prepare a feasibility study report in accordance with relevant regulations, determine the investment plan, and perform the approval procedures of the board of directors and the shareholders meeting (if necessary).
