The JSZJ technical team optimized some of the original complicated, high-priced, and low-efficiency designs, and also carried out a comprehensive optimization control of the batching plan and warehouse management. Achieve "one level, three fast and two guarantees", that is, flat management, fast decision-making, fast tracking, and fast resolution to ensure zero defects in products and zero harm in safe production. In the end, the highly optimized solution was unanimously approved by Siemens.
