The company will implement the inheritance and division of Sumitomo Electric in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. Guangdong Junya or its wholly-owned subsidiary intends to purchase 100% of the FPC business company after Sumitomo Electric inherits the division by paying cash with its partners (if any, the same below) Equity (that is, the surviving company following the division). If the partner waives part of the equity of the target company when the transaction is implemented, GDJY or its wholly-owned subsidiary intends to transfer 100% of the equity of the target company.
GDJY focuses on the printed circuit board industry, mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of printed circuit boards, and surface mount (SMT) of printed circuit boards. The product types cover double-sided to 20-layer FR4 printed circuit boards, aluminum Base circuit board, flexible circuit board, HDI board, rigid-flex board.
