On December 25, 2020, China General Machinery Industry Association and Kunlun Energy Co., Ltd. jointly organized an appraisal meeting for localized cryogenic valves for key equipment at LNG receiving stations developed by JSYF Valve Technology Group.
The appraisal meeting is organized by China General Machinery Industry Association, Kunlun Energy LNG Management Department, Hefei General Machinery Research Institute, Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., Kunlun Energy Shenzhen LNG Co., Ltd., Kunlun Energy Jingtang LNG Co., Ltd., Kunlun Energy Jiangsu LNG Senior experts in the industry from China Huanqiu Engineering Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou University of Technology jointly formed an appraisal committee.
The prototype has undergone room temperature performance test, low temperature performance test, and low temperature and room temperature alternating performance test. The test results meet the index requirements of technical specifications, test programs and related standards, and the measured seal leakage rate meets ISO 15848-1 standard CO2 (-196℃~ 150℃) requirements.
The appraisal committee believes that the main performance indicators of the product have reached the international advanced level.
The successful development of cryogenic valves for natural gas liquefaction devices fully reflects JSYF's strength in new product development and industrial production, and provides safe, reliable and high-quality products for the localization of natural gas liquefaction devices and receiving stations.
