The motor can work stably under extremely low speed conditions, and the minimum speed can be as low as 1 rpm or less. This technology fills the gap in the field of extremely low speed motors in China.

SZBD`s CTO introduced that the “low-speed motor” developed by the company has the advantages of low speed, high torque density, simple structure, high efficiency, and reliable operation. The theoretical speed of the motor can be as low as 0.2 rpm. Judging from the effect of the first batch of prototypes in the Daqing Oilfield, the "low-speed motor" directly drives the crank to run, eliminating the reducer and belt deceleration, and the system realizes direct drive. In this way, the moving parts of the entire system are greatly reduced, the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, and the maintenance-free operation of the oil pumping system is basically realized. The energy saving effect of the whole system is obvious, and the oil production cost is greatly reduced.
SZBD will also vigorously explore the application market of "low-speed motors", including the promotion of energy and power, ship transportation, mining machinery and other fields. Effectively promote the market application of high-efficiency motors and contribute to the realization of the country's energy-saving and emission-reduction goals.
