China’s super Large die forgings supplier and manufacturer Hay:T02ZGYZ

ZGYZ Heavy Machinery Technology Group Co., Ltd. has introduced two of the world`s most advanced 15,000-ton free forging hydraulic presses from China. The company`s R&D team has developed 40 forging methods, developed 31 forging technologies, and has successively overcome forging process difficulties in nuclear power, petrochemical and other fields. More than 20 items have been completed for the forging tasks of super-large and super-difficult nuclear power forgings and super-large tube sections such as the third-generation nuclear power cones, water chamber heads, main pipes, and the world's largest 715-ton nuclear power conventional island rotor.

Using two 10,000-ton hydraulic presses to play a major role in China's key engineering projects such as: Qinshan Phase 2 Nuclear Power Station, Sanmen 2 Nuclear Power Station, Fuqing No. 5 Nuclear Power Station, CAP1400 Nuclear Power Project and other national key engineering projects, in order to promote nuclear power, petrochemical, and special projects. Product localization and import substitution have made outstanding contributions to improve the overall technological level and international competitiveness of China's extreme manufacturing of super large castings and forgings. ZGYZ has successfully developed nuclear power, petrochemical large forgings and other thermally processed products recognized in the world with the highest comprehensive performance requirements and the most technical difficulty.

ZGYZ took the lead in breaking through many domestic technical bottlenecks such as central compaction of super large ingots, cross-sectional grain refinement of super large forgings, and uniformity of mechanical properties. It has overcome the purity, uniformity, and compactness of super large rotor forgings, and the overall analysis of super large diameter rotor forgings Evaluation difficult.

Forging nuclear power forgings turns huge objects into exquisitely complex shapes and structures, and often the slightest difference can cause tens of millions of dollars in losses.

In the production of the third-generation million-kilowatt nuclear power core equipment, many personalized, small-batch, large-tonnage forgings are high-end products of nuclear power equipment, which are a severe test of the forging level and extreme manufacturing capabilities of manufacturing enterprises. The production and operation difficulties that must be overcome in the process of localization of nuclear power equipment for generations of one million kilowatts. The water chamber head of the third generation nuclear power steam generator is one of them.

As the flagship brand of China's nuclear power, "Hualong One" is the only third-generation nuclear power technology product with complete independent intellectual property rights in China. In the first batch of demonstration projects of "Hualong No. 1", ZGYZ continued to improve the basic process data from computer numerical simulation, process plan formulation, mold design and manufacturing, to heating treatment and deformation operations in the forging process. The operation was difficult, and the first piece of forgings of the main pump casing of "Hualong One" was finally successfully completed. After evaluation, the internal structure of the pump casing forgings completely reached the key technical indicators such as uniform hardness and stable performance, and the performance test was successful at one time. ZGYZ’s R&D team has also completed the forging tasks of difficult forgings such as nuclear reactor pressure vessels, evaporators, takeover sections, and main pipelines, and promoted ZGYZ to form a complete set of "Hualong No. 1" reactor-type nuclear reactor pressure vessel manufacturing processes, building China A new business card for the localization of nuclear power equipment.
