The assessed value of this part of intangible assets is 10.2181 million yuan. It was 10.2181 million yuan.
Beijing Tianke Heda Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Xinjiang Tianfu Group and the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in September 2006. Tianke Heda's patents for intangible assets to be acquired this time involve 26 patents including polishing liquid, preparation method of polishing liquid, polishing method using this polishing liquid, and method of obtaining high-quality silicon carbide surface. The transaction agreement was signed and approved after the company's shareholders meeting.
Tianke Heda said that the above-mentioned related transactions are reasonable and necessary for the company to further improve the company's core intellectual property protection work and provide sufficient protection for the company's future development. This connected transaction does not harm the interests of other shareholders and is in the interest of all shareholders and the company.
