Grid connected contactors and frame circuit breakers are the core components of wind power grid connected cabinets. Grid connected contactors for wind power generation have the characteristics of adapting to harsh working conditions, high breaking current, high short-term withstand current, and long electrical life. Currently, their market share is mainly occupied by foreign brands.
The FDHJ R&D team has successfully developed ultrafine particle silver metal oxide electrical contact materials using powder metallurgy technology through unremitting efforts. Through precise control of the material's microstructure, the material's resistance to fusion welding and arc burning has been improved, successfully solving the problems of poor electrical life and low short-term resistance of domestic electrical contact materials, and achieving the substitution of imported electrical contact materials for electrical contact materials in the fields of wind power generation and transmission and distribution.
