The production line has successfully passed the trial production verification of continuous plating of 500,000 square meters. After multi-batch sampling testing, the core indicators of the high-barrier film products developed and produced by the research institute are fully benchmarked with imported products from foreign countries, fully meeting customer needs, and will be launched soon. market.

The project lasted 4 years and innovatively proposed a "one-time film formation" process plan, which has the characteristics and advantages of higher plating efficiency, lower production cost, and adjustable index flexibility. The project team has conquered and mastered core technologies such as precise control and adaptive adjustment of small tension, long-term winding coating protection, and stepped gas distribution. It has authorized more than 10 national invention patents and has completely independent intellectual property rights.

At present, the production line has successfully passed the trial production verification of continuous plating of 500,000 square meters.
