On October 15, ZJZC Semiconductor Materials Technology Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the first and second phases of the China-Japan-Korea High-end Semiconductor Materials Industrial Park.
The first phase of the China-Japan-Korea High-end Semiconductor Materials Industrial Park, which is under construction this time, covers an area of about 28 acres and has a total investment of about 300 million. The most successful one will complete the development of semiconductor high-purity aluminum alloy targets and high-purity powder synthetic targets. The project construction is expected to have sales of more than 100 million yuan in the first year after it is put into production, and the annual sales are expected to be about 500 million yuan after full production.
After the first phase of the ZJZC project is completed and put into production, it will realize the localization of high-end semiconductor target materials and fill the "blank" in domestic related industries. The second phase of the industrial park covers an area of about 150 acres, with a planned investment of 700 to 1 billion yuan. It will build an industrial park of high-end equipment and materials in China, Japan, and South Korea. Universities, the University of Tokyo in Japan, Hanyang University in South Korea and other universities have launched industry-university-research cooperation.
