Developed carbon fiber Structural parts for passenger airplane C919

JSHS actively participates in the research and development of large commercial aircraft in China. Following the completion of specific work such as the development of composite window frames and the rear fuselage stages of large aircraft, the company’s self-developed carbon fiber large aircraft rear fuselage pressure frame Offline.

As a leading company in the carbon fiber industry, JSHS leverages the advantages of the entire carbon fiber industry chain and actively supports the demand for carbon fiber lightweight alternatives for aerospace and rail transportation. It has pioneered the development of carbon fiber aircraft window frames in China and manufactured a 20-meter wingspan “Star” solar drone carbon fiber fuselage, to provide carbon fiber materials for the Sun River aircraft. In cooperation with COMAC, one piece of grid reinforced pressure frame and one piece of truss reinforced process verification were completed.

These parts use carbon fiber to replace the original aluminum alloy pressure frame, which reduces the weight of the parts. At the same time, automatic wire laying technology is used instead of manual prepreg paving, which improves production efficiency and batch stability.
