The company has successfully realized the commercial production of capacitor graphene, a super capacitor electrode material with high voltage and high energy density.

High voltage and high energy density capacitor graphene developed by SZCQ has a mass specific capacitance of up to 200 F/g in aqueous electrolyte, surpassing the commercially available super capacitor carbon.

After 30000 cycles of cyclic testing, no obvious attenuation of specific capacitance is found, and different kinds of graphene capacitors have been developed to meet the needs of different kinds of electrolytes, be competent for different application scenarios, and have higher energy density, wider working temperature range, more safety and environmental protection and other excellent characteristics.

After testing, capacitor graphene exhibits 34 Wh/kg at 3V, 45 Wh/kg at 3.5 V, and 60 Wh/kg at 4V.

The capacitance graphene developed by the company has ultra-high voltage withstand performance, and the high-voltage pulse will not cause obvious damage to the electrode material.
