Chinese intelligent robot company uses carbon fiber reinforced composite materials to build China’s first flexible OLED robot successfully applied

Independently developed by Xinsong Robot Co., Ltd., a company held by the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China's first flexible OLED robot was successfully applied in a domestic enterprise. Like the human brain, an efficient and intelligent control system is the premise and guarantee for the robot to cope with various complex operations. Xinsong Company conducts in-depth development of the SCARA robot control system. Through sensor scanning and software algorithms, it gives the robot a new domestic "brain". The newly developed "brain" has functions such as Alignment automatic correction, double-fetching and double-playing, data reporting, etc. It recognizes and analyzes the complex and diverse positions of the device, adjusts the movement in real time and compensates the rotation angle, the robot "hand-eye" coordination, the movement is more Flexible and accurate.

 

With a strong "brain" as a guarantee, the robot also needs to "practice internal skills." During the production process, the robot needs to safely and accurately "escort" the slim OLED devices to and from the equipment. Xinsong Company broke through the ontology design, optimized the mechanical structure, adjusted the motor parameters, innovatively adopted high-speed vibration suppression technology, time-optimal planning algorithm and dynamic constraints, to ensure the production cycle, while effectively reducing the vibration amplitude of the robot, and always ensure that the robot is running The maximum amplitude of the upper, middle, lower and left and right sides is ≤ ± 3mm, and the overall performance reaches the international level.

 

A series of innovative measures by the technical team of Xinsong Company make the robot more flexible and more stable. In order to make this robot with a 3.5 meter long arm light and gentle, the technical team of Xinsong Company developed a special material for SCARA manipulator, using carbon fiber reinforced composite Made of materials, PAD (sucker) is made of PEEK, which makes the robot not only resistant to high temperature, friction and corrosion during operation, but also makes the robot not only "light" but also "lighter" in sound.
